  • Where is my main water shut-off valve?

    It is essential to know the location of your main water shut-off valve in an emergency. Your main shut-off valve is typically located outside, close to an exterior wall. The valve will either be attached to an outer wall or located in a protected underground box. In some cases, the water shut-off valve is located in the basement or crawl space.
